i. Set Meeting
ii. Data Collection - Discuss Excel Spreadsheet with mentor - have mentor sign it
iii. Mentor Notes - 1 full page of notes
iv. Mentor Signature on Orange Goal Sheet
v. Orange Sheet - Completed goals for the month - detailed information
vi. Email Printout from setting up Mentor Meeting

3.Email for Data Collection
a. Warrior Wednesday Schedule - glue in to log books
b. Choose Classes and Teachers that you will schedule data collection days
c. Email teacher with information from Green Sheet Assignment - provide 3 date possibilities
d. Data Table for non-Secondary Research - Create a data table in your LOGBOOK. Include the following minimum columns:
i. Teacher Name
ii. Contact Date
iii. Date Teacher Selected
iv. Completion
e. Secondary Research Students - Create a Data Table with the following:
i. Create the data table in your LOGBOOK
ii. Columns - include every variable that you are gathering data for. Example: states, energy sources, stars, etc
iii. Once Created - start gathering information
4. Methods Conference - Individual conference with each of you to discuss your methods
5. Portfolio - Update your portfolio's
