What should be included in the methods?Lab-work

S.ChS.1 Science Inquiry: Questions and Design - The learner will evaluate the importance of curiosity, honesty, openness, and skepticism in science.

1. Due - Working on Methods and Tool Revision

2. January Mentor Check - 1/30 - A and 1/31 - B

   a. Set Meeting with Mentor

   b. Review Methods and Testing Process - define target audience; how collecting data; start finding International Data for comparison to your research data

   c. Take meeting notes on a new page in logbook - fill out Monthly Goals

   d. Mentor - have mentor sign their full name on the orange mentor sheet and the meeting notes

   e. Bring printout of email for January meeting confirmation with your mentor

   f. Minimum of 8 entries for work on your project. Does not include mentor meeting

3. Methods/Tool Revision - use the following to help revise and modify your Research Methods and Tool

    a. Research Proposal Checklist

    b. Methods Revision Checklist - we logged this on 11/15 or 11/16

    c. Sell Your Project Presentation Evaluations

    d. Last Method Modifications

    e. On due date - Bring a Hardcopy and turn in to turnitin.com

    e. Due - 1/30 - A and 1/31 - B

4. Senior Presentation - Saturday, 1/28

    a. Each of you will attend 3 Senior Presentation

    b. Moderators needed

    c. Senior Presentation Topics - Download Copy of Sr Schedule Student 2017 Jan 28-ASR Copy

    d. Judging Packets - if you are not a Moderator, then you will watch a minimum of 3 presentations and evaluate on the presentation packet. You MUST get a judge in your room to sign off on you being in the presentation.
